The treasure vase represents the wisdom, wealth, prosperity and ever flowing teaching of the Buddha and the dharma.
The monk tries to spill over the bumpa or the treasure vase as to gain wisdom from it. But is there no other way than to spill over the vase of wisdom to gain what’s in it?
