Description: Being a Buddhist society, we see ourselves as compassionate people, but as is human nature we also tend to stereotype others based on how they look.
People who look different, especially youth in Bhutan are often looked down upon and thought to be part of a “gang.” based on the way they dress or
chose to express themselves through their appearance. I wanted to protray “gangsters” as spiritual beings with the mutras symbol from our Buddhist
culture, showing how compassionate they could be and how they still have the seeds to spirituality within them
